Prof Dr. Hanns-Christian Mahler
Chairman of the Board of Directors
Hanns-Christian is Chairman and NED at KriyaBio. He is also CEO & Board Member at ten23 health. He previously led the Drug Product Services (DPS) Business Unit at Lonza AG and worked in various leadership roles such as Head Pharmaceutical Development & Supplies at Roche (2005-2015) and at Merck KGaA (2000-2005). He is also adjunct faculty at the Universities of Basel, Switzerland and Frankfurt/Main, Germany and Expert at EDQM (Ph.Eur.). He has an extensive expertise in formulation development, process development & validation, packaging/device development and integration, sterile manufacturing, and regulatory submissions with numerous IND/IMPD and BLAs.
During his career, Gerrit has held academic positions at 6 different universities in 5 countries. He was also responsible for early research projects as Vice President Research at Enzon Pharmaceuticals (NJ, USA). Since 2005 he is Full Professor at the School of Pharmaceutical Sciences (ISPSO) of the University of Geneva. His research focuses on biopharmaceutics, characterization of nanomedicines and formulation development of nucleic acid drugs and vacccines.

Marc is Managing Partner of MaKe Company GmbH and Managing Director of H&P Inkubator GmbH. Marc’s expertise lies in the fields of corporate finance, structuring and reorganisation. He advises entrepreneurs and companies primarily in the life sciences, service and cultural industries. He advises them on financing and the purchase or sale of companies. Marc has more than 25 years of experience in building up young companies, considering the requirements for a successful exit.

Priv. Doz. Dr. med. Ghazaleh Gouya-Lechner
Regulatory
Ghazaleh is board certified in internal medicine, cardiology and clinical pharmacology, with more than 20 years of clinical research experience. She was appointed Associate Professor for Internal Medicine (Medical University Vienna) and has worked at a global CRO as Medical Director. As founder of Gouya-Insights, Ghazaleh takes leadership in regulatory and clinical development of therapeutics in setting up the most efficient approach with streamlined integrated and clinical development programs.
Friedrich is an experienced drug hunter with proven successes in all preclinical development aspects, moving projects across all therapeutic modalities (mRNAs, ASOs, proteins, small molecules) from initiation into clinics and to market (e.g. Risdiplam for SMA). With 15 years at ROCHE including Rare Disease Discovery leadership, and more than 6 years as co-founder, CEO and CSO at VERSAMEB from startup to IND, Friedrich has gone successfully through all aspects of implementing a scientific idea up to clinical maturity. Since 2012 he holds an adjunct professorship in Neurobiology at the University of Freiburg.

Her work has focused on assisting early stage companies and laboratories in establishing and improving quality systems. She also specialises in advising companies on the development of effective project management.
Ina Clara Schöngarth is an experienced marketing and communication professional with a strong background in strategic brand development and corporate communication. She has led numerous projects to enhance visibility, strengthen customer engagement, and support organizational growth across different industries, including life sciences and healthcare. Ina combines strategic thinking with creativity and a collaborative approach to build effective communication and marketing strategies. She holds an MBA in General Management.
